Introduction and data controller
Ads Propulse ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have. It applies to the website, the platform, and all related services we offer.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is the entity operating Ads Propulse (see the Legal notice for identification details). If you have questions about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us using the channels indicated at the end of this document or via the support system available in your account.
Data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly and data that we obtain automatically when you use our services.
- Account and identity data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). We may also collect a profile picture or company name if you choose to provide them.
- Transaction and wallet data: We record all wallet top-ups, deductions for campaign spend, refunds, and the payment method used (e.g. last four digits of a card, wallet address for crypto). We do not store full card numbers; these are handled by our payment providers.
- Campaign and content data: We store the campaigns you create (budgets, targeting, creatives, ad copy, images, videos) and the associated performance data (impressions, clicks, spend) that we receive from ad networks or generate internally.
- Support and communication data: When you contact support or use the messaging system, we store your messages, our responses, and any attachments. We may also record support tickets and their resolution for quality and training purposes.
- Technical and usage data: When you use the platform, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and approximate time spent. We may use cookies and similar technologies (see the section on cookies below).
We may also receive data from third parties, for example when you sign in via a third-party provider (if we offer that option) or when ad networks send us reporting data linked to your campaigns. We combine this data only where necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Purposes and legal basis
We use your personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases (where the GDPR or equivalent applies):
- Performance of the contract: To create and manage your account, to process wallet funding and campaign spend, to deliver the platform and support, and to communicate with you about your account and transactions. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- Legitimate interests: To improve our services, to ensure security (e.g. fraud prevention, abuse detection), to analyze usage and performance, to enforce our terms, and to defend our rights. We rely on our legitimate interests where they are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: To comply with applicable laws (e.g. tax, anti-money laundering, response to lawful requests from authorities).
- Consent: Where we ask for your consent (e.g. for marketing emails, non-essential cookies, or specific features), we use the data only for the purposes for which you have consented. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
How we use your data in practice
We use your account and identity data to authenticate you, to personalize your experience, and to send you service-related emails (e.g. password reset, important notices about your account or the platform). We use transaction and wallet data to maintain your balance, to issue receipts or reports, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
Campaign and content data are used to run your campaigns on the ad networks, to show you performance statistics, and to improve our campaign and billing systems. We may use aggregated or anonymized data (which no longer identifies you) for analytics, product development, and marketing.
Support data are used to resolve your requests and to train our teams. Technical and usage data help us to operate and secure the platform, to fix errors, and to understand how features are used so we can improve them. We may also use this data to personalize content or to show you relevant information within the platform.
Data sharing and recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with the following categories of recipients:
- Ad networks: When you run campaigns, we send the necessary data (creatives, targeting, budget) to the ad networks you have selected (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok). Each network has its own privacy policy and may use the data in accordance with their terms.
- Payment and fraud prevention providers: We share transaction and, where necessary, identity data with payment processors, card networks, and fraud detection services to process payments and to prevent fraud.
- Infrastructure and service providers: We use hosting providers, content delivery networks, email and support tools, and analytics services. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by contracts that require them to protect your data and to use it only as we instruct.
- Professional advisers and authorities: We may disclose data to lawyers, auditors, or regulators when necessary to comply with the law, to protect our rights, or to respond to lawful requests.
If we sell or transfer part of our business (e.g. in a merger or acquisition), we may share your data with the buyer or successor, subject to the same privacy commitments.
International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Some of these countries may not provide the same level of data protection as your country. When we transfer data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with strict transfer rules, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities, or other mechanisms permitted by law.
You may obtain a copy of the safeguards we use for international transfers by contacting us.
Retention periods
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. In general:
- Account data: for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after closure (e.g. to handle disputes or legal obligations).
- Transaction and wallet data: as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes (often several years).
- Campaign and content data: for the duration of your account and for a limited period after deletion (e.g. backup and recovery).
- Support data: for the time needed to resolve your request and for a period for quality and training purposes.
- Technical and usage data: for a limited period (e.g. logs for a few months) unless we need them for security or legal reasons.
After the retention period, we delete or anonymize the data. You may request earlier deletion where the law gives you that right.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (in particular if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or certain other countries), you may have the following rights:
- Access: To obtain confirmation as to whether we process your data and to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Rectification: To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected. You can update much of your account data directly in your account settings.
- Erasure: To request deletion of your data, subject to exceptions (e.g. where we must retain data for legal reasons).
- Restriction: To request that we limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances (e.g. while you contest accuracy).
- Data portability: To receive your data in a machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller.
- Objection: To object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue.
- Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, to withdraw consent at any time.
- Complaint: To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country (e.g. in the EU, the data protection authority of your member state).
To exercise these rights, use the options in your account (e.g. download data, delete account) or contact us. We will respond within the time limit set by applicable law (e.g. one month under the GDPR). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. local storage) to operate the platform, to keep you logged in, to remember your preferences, and to analyze usage. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the functioning of the site; others help us improve the experience or deliver relevant content.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the platform (e.g. you may need to log in again more often). Where required by law, we ask for your consent before placing non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time.
We may use third-party analytics or advertising tools that set their own cookies. Their use is governed by their respective privacy policies. We recommend that you review our cookie notice or settings page (if available) for more details on the cookies we use and how to manage them.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and regular review of our practices.
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we strive to protect your data in line with industry standards and legal requirements. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.
Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the services we offer. We will post the updated policy on the platform and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where the law requires us to obtain your consent to the new processing.

- By email or postal address, if we have published them in the Legal notice or on the platform.
